Skill Discription

1.Boulder Smash-Kaolin slams an ally,enemy or rock with his mighty stone,and damaging enemies the slammed target collides with.Slammed rock travel farther than slamming enemies or ally and also silences impacted enemy for 5 seconds.

Note:-
1.Slam distance is 800 and 2400 for rock.
2.Slam speed is 1200ms.
3.Destroys trees in the path.

Damage: 100/150/200/250
Silence Duration: 5 seconds (Only when using a Rock)
Cooldown :22/18/14/10
Tips:-You can use this spell to initiate a team fight or to save your ally or trap your enemy this spell when used on rock silences the enemy and can also help in killing enemy who is trying to escape.

2.Rolling Boulder- Hotkey:F

Kaolin turns into a boulder and begins spinning in place to build up momentum. After 0.6 seconds, he launches himself 800 distance in the direction he is facing, damaging units he passes through but stopping if he collides with an enemy hero or is stunned. Rolling over a Rock will add momentum, increasing roll distance, speed, damage, and adding a slow to the hero you collide with. 

1.Launches himself in the direction kaolin is facing which gets doubled if rolling over a rock.
2.Rolling speed is 800ms which gets doubled 1600ms when rolling over a rock.
3.Heroes hit by Rolling Boulder will have movement and attack speed slowed by 80% if Kaolin rolled over a rock.
4.Rolling over a rock consumes the rock.
• Heroes hit by Rolling Boulder will have movement and attack speed slowed by 80% if Kaolin rolled over a rock.
• Rolling over a rock consumes the rock.
Range: 800 (1600 when using a Rock)
Radius: 150
Damage: 90/120/150/180 (135/180/225/270 when using a Rock)
Movement and Attack Speed Slow: 80% for 2 seconds (Only when using a Rock)
Tips:-Use this skill to chase enemies escaping or to initiate a fight we can also use this skill as an escape tool for escaping at low hp as using this skill with stone will help u cover a larger distance just make sure u dont roll into a enemy or it will stop.

This skill can be used to escape easily.

3.Geomagnetic Grip-

using geomagnetic grip to save ally and stunning enemies


Kaolin runs a magnetic charge through the targeted ally or rock, quickly pulling them to him. Enemies struck by the target being pulled will be stunned, and will also be dealt damage if the pulled target is a Rock.

Radius: 180

Pull Speed: 1000

Stun Duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5

Rock Damage: 125

Tips:-This is a very useful skill and can be used easily for taking kills with other two skills.This skill can be used to save ally from getting ganked and also to stun your enemy and damage if used with stone.

4.Magnetize-


Magnetizes units in a small nearby area, causing them to take damage over time for a short duration. Any magnetized heroes cause nearby rocks to become energized and explode, applying/refreshing the magnetize debuff on all units near the rock. This process can repeat multiple times. Rocks are destroyed in this process.


Magnetized heroes feel the effect of the Silence and Slow from Rock enhanced Boulder Smash and Rolling Boulder if one Magnetized hero is affected by them.This skill requires no target.

Tips:-This is one of the best skill i like in kaolin magnetise the area and if we drop more rock after 5 sec it replinishes the effect and is good in AOE so can be used as a good initiating skill.Proper combo i generally use will be explained below.

5.Stone Caller-Kaolin raises a stone from the depths of the earth to aid him in battle. Creating a rock consumes a Stone Charge, and charges replenish at a rate of 1 per 25 seconds. The rocks last up to 2 minutes with a max 6 rocks active at a time. Rocks provide no vision.

Range: 1400

Tips:-Without Stones kaolin is not effective because all of kaolin skill are best with stones like geomagnetic grip it damages and stuns with stone and Boulder smash silences with stone and hence stones should be used very efficiently so that u dont use up all of the stones and have to wait for them to replinish.

I usually take Geomagnetic grip first to save ally from ganks or stun enemies for first blood.Rolling boulder is taken at second level to get a kill as it provides you with a 80% slow to attack and movement speed if used with a rock and also can be used to kill fleeing enemies.Than comes boulder smash to silence enemies or to push enemy in tower or push ally in to initiate battle.Than rolling boulder is taken as with increase in level cooldown of the skill decreases and skill can be easily use to chase,escape and initiate after that at level 6 magnetise is taken to surely get a kill.

Why this item build??
I usually make power treads as this hero is not that much dependent on mana and with a soul ring you can easily kill your enemy.I prefer getting lothars if you are getting ganked alot or better stick with your team.Shiva's guard and orchid are very useful on this hero with all this hero's combi that damage amplify and silence from orchid and his ulti+ shiva's (200 dmg) will surely get you a kill.It looks great when you use Shiva's combine with your ulti (just try this build once) and still if you got any other item build like people like making heart or battlefury im with them but this is how i play this hero so you can share me your item build i can put it into alternate item build.

MY COMBO's:-i usually kill at level 3 when i get all my skills.I initiate by placing a rock behind the enemy and using geomagnetic grip to stun the enemy and rock moves towards me in the mean time i use my second skill rolling boulder to roll and as the rock which i pulled will be travelling toward me will travel with me give me bonus damage,speed and slow and than i can use boulder smash to push the enemy in tower or to my ally or to trap the enemy and can easily get kill.I can spam rolling boulder at level 4 because it is having a low cooldown of only 4 seconds and can chase enemies and kill them.Use magnetise in the above combo when u roll on your enemies and just dont forget to replinish the magnetic effect by dropping rock in the magnetised area and these stones have a large range and can be dropped even at a area which is in fog and with proper calculation and practise you can easily master this hero.

Counter heroes and items:-

Earth Spirit can be easily countered by items like Guinsoo's Sythe of Vyse,Orchid Malevolence,Black king bar.
 ES can also be countered by heroes like
 Venomancer




Venomancer's venonmous gale and other poison effect and slows make this hero messy to play against venomancer and die very easily.So if your opponent picks this hero either dont pick earth spirit or gank venomancer with your team.

 Rikimaru



If caught in rikimaru's smoke than your good as dead and if the riki is farmed with diffusal blade and basher than noone can save you so better ward and carry dust so that you dont end up dieing in rikimaru's smoke screen.


 Disablers like Lion,Rhasta,lina etc



Lion and Rhasta both having voodoo ie hex,lion with impale and mana drain can be very annoying and can make earth spirit do nothing in fight and on the other side Rhasta having shackles that can disable this hero and make it useless for the duration.

And mana stealers like Anti mage,Nerubian Assassin etc



If you see Antimage coming before you either use your all skills or just wait antimage drain all your mana and make you useless.Nerubian assasin got a windwalk and mana drain skill with stun and with all this es will die in few seconds so counter this by making linkens.

This hero got many more counters maybe but i hate them the most...

.But If u got skill you can kill any of the above heroes with proper team work and combination of skill so just believe in yourself.
